You DO NOT have to use the referral program, you can choose any insurance carrier of your choice. The referral program is strictly voluntary.

ALL LESSEES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF RENTERS INSURANCE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF LEASING.

MINIMUM LIMITS REQUIRED
30,000 PROPERTY & 100,000 LIABILITY.
